Today we’re featuring pink and navy blue wedding inspiration to match our unique Modern Script wedding invitations. While most navy blue and pink motifs stay true to their palette colors, we’ve decided to add a bit of a twist by incorporating a bright tangerine orange! Adding touches of orange or yellow hues throughout your decor will keep the pink and navy from looking too matchy-matchy and will also freshen up the entire feel of the event. An unexpected color can keep a palette from going stale and will also make it feel more modern overall.
Most of the decor and details featured are navy and pink because you only need a small touch of an accent color to make it pop. In our inspiration, we’ve used tangerine and yellow only on the cake. Keeping the bridesmaids in navy and pink and just bringing in orange through the flowers, or a small amount of ceremony or reception decor will keep the palette interesting to your guests’ eyes.
We recommend doing your wedding invitations in just navy blue and pink as well, as adding a third color here would make things look too busy. Using a third accent color sparingly and in just a few key places will have the biggest impact.

As promised, here is some fabulous pink and gray wedding inspiration featuring a modern chevron pattern to go with our simple and classic Urban Vintage wedding invitations! We are absolutely LOVING gray chevron right now because it can add interest to your palette while the subdued gray tone keeps everything looking classy and timeless.
To keep this palette looking modern and not overly feminine, we recommend using a lot of gray and accenting with just hints of pink. Think gray suits for the groomsmen and gray bridesmaids dresses, but vibrant bouquets and boutonnieres in various shades of pink to set things off. A gray chevron runner accented by more pink flowers will bring things together and make your tables complete.
We absolutely love our Urban Vintage wedding invitation design with this styling because the classic nature of the invitation pairs very well with the modern look of chevron. The simple black and white palette goes well with accents of pink in the decor, but the invite itself keeps a timeless look.

Silver works beautifully as an accent color, but this shimmery neutral can also hold its own as the star of any wedding color palette. Go all out with silver foil and glamorous bridesmaids gowns, or just add a touch or two with pearls and glitter. Here are a few of our favorite silver wedding inspiration pieces!
Our Ornate Elegance design works perfectly with a silver color scheme! Keep things simple with black text and add a pop of silver with the matching belly band. If you’re going for a darker silver shade, as shown below in our Classic Vintage design, our charcoal swatch will still have a shimmery appearance from our signature shimmer stock!
Both designs feature matching enclosures and addressing options. Want more silver in your invitations? Our new envelope liners are the perfect way to add more color to a suite! They’re available in patterns or solid colors and give that extra touch to impress your guests.

We’ve got an absolutely gorgeous collection that will be sure to blow your socks off, so without further ado, our 10 favorite wedding invitations with large script names!
The most classic of all of our script wedding invitations, the Script Elegance wedding invitation collection is perfect for a classic and elegant wedding with a hint of modern flair. The script font is stylish and up to date, yet not overly flourished or ornate. The sans serif type used in the body copy creates a clean, simple look, sure to stay classic for decades to come.
For a more formal event, our gorgeous Calligraphy Names wedding invitations have the perfect look. The flowing calligraphy inspired font keeps your eye moving down and across the page of these timeliness invites. This design has more of a classic and traditional feel, however, the layout it keeps it modern.
For the Art Deco lover, Old Hollywood fashionista, or Gatsby fan, our Glamorous Script wedding invitations are the perfect mix of ornate elegance and vintage glam. While on trend with the 1920s revival influenced by Gatsby the movie, these invitations still have a timeless look of vintage elegance.
These romantic and playful wedding invitations feature swirly accents creating a sweet and classic look. Our Charming Script wedding invitation suite works very well for a lower key or romantic event, setting a tone of upscale chic for your wedding day while keeping a clean and classic look.
For an elegant and chic look, we recommend our Flowing Script wedding invitations. Complete with gothic typefaces and a hand-writing inspired calligraphy font, these gorgeous wedding invitations feature typography that will stay classic for years to come, yet still have a modern feel. Perfect for a chic outdoor event such as a garden or barn wedding, or a soiree with a romantic feel.
The Vintage Glam wedding invitation is similar to the Script Elegance design (featured invite no. 1), however the script font has more of a vintage feel, rather than a more classic look. While we love them both, each has it’s place depending on the look and feel you are going for on your wedding day.
The Classic Whimsy wedding invitation is one of the few script wedding invitations we have featured in color! We absolutely adore black and white for its timeless and classic look, but if you love color, then this is the invite for you. The thick weight of the script font lends itself well to a variety of colors, even some of our lighter tones. Our Classic Whimsy design offers a great way to integrate more color into a playful and romantic script wedding invitation.
A bit of an outlier in our top 10 script wedding invitations, our Modern Script wedding invitation design is sure to turn heads and make a statement! This bold, modern script based design features a unique blend of typography and a fun use of color to create a modern yet classy statement. While shown in navy blue and black, brighter colors look really fabulous on this design and make even more of fun, exciting tone for your big day.
The most classic of our top 10 script wedding invitations, the Angelic Script wedding invitation features a traditional script font and a timeless serif body copy. This design is sure to stand the test of time, creating a lasting impression for years to come.
Our final feature of this top 10 list is our delicate Garden Script wedding invitation! We designed this invitation with a garden soiree in mind, flowers and perennials abound, however, it can be used for a variety of outdoor or indoor settings. The key to the design is the delicate and romantic look, making it perfect for a multitude of styles.
