Yellow Wedding Inspiration

By Ali

Add some sunshine to your wedding pallet with yellow! Bright or pastel, a little or a lot, yellow is a great way to brighten up your color scheme. Yellow pairs well with neutrals or can stand on its own. Mix a few shades to create a dynamic effect! Use fresh fruits and flowers for a rustic variation. We love adding fresh flowers to a simple wedding cake to liven things up! Here is some of our favorite yellow wedding inspiration:

Light Yellow Wedding Inspiration

By Ali

Used a lot, or used a little, yellow is a great way to add a bit of summer and cheer to your wedding palette! Yellow can be used on it’s own in varying shades to add dimension, or with other colors to add a bit of contrast. We love pairing our canary and golden yellows with aquamarine, royal blue, hot pink, or charcoal, just to pick a few. The combinations are endless and a touch of yellow brightens up any wedding. Here’s a bit of our favorite light yellow wedding inspiration!

Pink and Navy Blue Wedding Inspiration

By Autumn

Today we’re featuring pink and navy blue wedding inspiration to match our unique Modern Script wedding invitations.  While most navy blue and pink motifs stay true to their palette colors, we’ve decided to add a bit of a twist by incorporating a bright tangerine orange!  Adding touches of orange or yellow hues throughout your decor will keep the pink and navy from looking too matchy-matchy and will also freshen up the entire feel of the event.  An unexpected color can keep a palette from going stale and will also make it feel more modern overall.Pink and navy blue wedding inspiration

Most of the decor and details featured are navy and pink because you only need a small touch of an accent color to make it pop.  In our inspiration, we’ve used tangerine and yellow only on the cake.  Keeping the bridesmaids in navy and pink and just bringing in orange through the flowers, or a small amount of ceremony or reception decor will keep the palette interesting to your guests’ eyes.

We recommend doing your wedding invitations in just navy blue and pink as well, as adding a third color here would make things look too busy.  Using a third accent color sparingly and in just a few key places will have the biggest impact.
