Today we’re featuring pink and navy blue wedding inspiration to match our unique Modern Script wedding invitations. While most navy blue and pink motifs stay true to their palette colors, we’ve decided to add a bit of a twist by incorporating a bright tangerine orange! Adding touches of orange or yellow hues throughout your decor will keep the pink and navy from looking too matchy-matchy and will also freshen up the entire feel of the event. An unexpected color can keep a palette from going stale and will also make it feel more modern overall.
Most of the decor and details featured are navy and pink because you only need a small touch of an accent color to make it pop. In our inspiration, we’ve used tangerine and yellow only on the cake. Keeping the bridesmaids in navy and pink and just bringing in orange through the flowers, or a small amount of ceremony or reception decor will keep the palette interesting to your guests’ eyes.
We recommend doing your wedding invitations in just navy blue and pink as well, as adding a third color here would make things look too busy. Using a third accent color sparingly and in just a few key places will have the biggest impact.

As promised, here is some fabulous pink and gray wedding inspiration featuring a modern chevron pattern to go with our simple and classic Urban Vintage wedding invitations! We are absolutely LOVING gray chevron right now because it can add interest to your palette while the subdued gray tone keeps everything looking classy and timeless.
To keep this palette looking modern and not overly feminine, we recommend using a lot of gray and accenting with just hints of pink. Think gray suits for the groomsmen and gray bridesmaids dresses, but vibrant bouquets and boutonnieres in various shades of pink to set things off. A gray chevron runner accented by more pink flowers will bring things together and make your tables complete.
We absolutely love our Urban Vintage wedding invitation design with this styling because the classic nature of the invitation pairs very well with the modern look of chevron. The simple black and white palette goes well with accents of pink in the decor, but the invite itself keeps a timeless look.

Simple, minimalist and clean perfectly describe these ultra modern wedding invitations. Featuring a bracket and a plus sign, these modern wedding invitations in navy and pink are sure to set the tone for a contemporary, city chic or urban event.
Shown in black, navy blue and blossom pink, these wedding invitations can be customized to any number of ink colors. While a softer pink was used for this particular invite suite, hot pink works just as well for a brighter, more dramatic look. Pink and navy is a winning combination for a contemporary look and these modern wedding invitations certainly exemplify that fact.
An optional invitation wrapper is available to bundle the main wedding invitation along with the enclosure cards and rsvp, creating a neat and finished look. The enclosure cards can be used for any information that will be pertinent to your guests, such as reception details, accommodations, directions, or an activities schedule.

These vintage wedding invitations with a pink crosshatch pattern are the perfect choice for a classic and timeless wedding. A monogram featuring the initial of the couple’s new last name rests in a beautiful swirl design and each piece of the invitation suite is decorated with a lattice like crosshatch pattern. The pink color of the crosshatch makes for a soft and subtle design element that gives these wedding invitations a unique and attractive look.
While shown in black ink with pink crosshatch, this wedding invitation design can be customized in any ink color. On our main site, it is featured in baby blue (another pastel hue), but bold colors work just as well. The type of vintage look you are going for will determine which accent color you will want to use. We like pastel blues, pinks and greens for a romantic vintage feel (think French countryside, or vintage farm), while red, dark green or charcoal gray works great for urban vintage wedding invitations (imagine a wedding held in a restored 1920′s hotel!).
