Cancellation Policy

Non-customized Stationery Cancellation Policy

Non-customized items, such as table numbers and samples, can be canceled for a full refund including shipping, provided that they have not yet been shipped.  If the items have already been shipped, please see our return policy in the next section.

Customized Stationery Cancellation Policy

For customized stationery that requires proofs, such as wedding invitations, save the dates, menus, programs or personalized place cards, there is a cancellation fee of 25% or $100, whichever is greater, if you cancel your order after your proofs have been emailed.  Personalized thank you cards are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

The reason there is a cancellation fee is because of the time we spend creating your custom proofs.  When you place an order on our website and commit to using our service, we immediately begin working on your personalized proofs.  The design process is included in the pricing of our stationery and after it has been completed we cannot refund that part of the cost.

Once you have approved your proofs and the production process has been started, you cannot cancel your order.

Return Policy

Non-customized Stationery Return Policy

Non-customized stationery such as table numbers can be returned within 7 days of purchase.  Please mail them back  to us in new, unopened condition and let us know via email that you will be returning them.  Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.

We do not accept returns on samples.

Customized Stationery Return Policy

Because our customized wedding stationery is specifically designed for you and cannot be resold, we do not accept returns.

However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your order please let us know!  Our goal is to make sure you are satisfied, so please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to come up with a solution.

If there was a mistake made on our part we will be more than happy to fix it for you as soon as possible.

Please note that spelling or other errors that are shown in your approved proofs are not our responsibility.  It is ultimately up to you to check all details before approving your proofs and giving us the go ahead on printing.  Once the proofs have been approved we do not do any additional proofing and your stationery will be printed as shown.

If your stationery arrives and it does not match your approved proofs, please let us know and we will reprint and reprint your order as soon as possible!

Color Matching Policy

Returns based on color are not accepted. All computer monitors are different, so your printed stationery may not match what you see on your monitor. Your printed invitations will be close to the colors shown on our printed color card that is included with samples, but due to the custom nature of printing, these colors can vary over time and may not match perfectly. While color may not always be an exact match, keep in mind that we always make sure each order looks beautiful and that the color is pleasing!
