Upon approval, printing begins which takes 6 business days (rush available).
Your order will quickly arrive in 2-3 days via USPS Priority Mail*.
Your order will arrive neatly packaged with everything needed for assembly.

Placing your order online is easy. Just select the quantities and options for the items you are ordering, click ‘Personalize’ to enter your wording, and then complete checkout. Response cards are recommended for invitation orders. Small and large enclosures are commonly used for reception details, accommodations, wedding websites, or can be customized with any information that fit your needs.
Return and guest addressing services are available for response and invitation envelopes.
Select the quantity needed of each item from the pricing calculator on the right hand side of the product page and then click the Personalize button.
Text and graphic colors can be customized to any ink option on our chart. The paper background cannot be customized. Belly bands can be made with a solid colored background if desired.
Enter your wording for each of the pieces you are ordering. Fields for items you are not ordering can be left blank. Don’t worry about formatting – we’ll take care of that part when we design your proofs!
Click ‘Save & Add to Cart’ after you have completed the personalization section.
During checkout, choose between standard 6 day printing and various rush options.
Shipping options at checkout include USPS Priority Mail, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air. Expedited UPS shipping is available internationally as well. We ship from Rochester, New York.
Upon checkout your credit card will be charged in full, however, nothing prints until you have reviewed your custom designed proofs and have given your approval to start production.
Our personalized proofing process is what makes ordering with Shine Wedding Invitations unique. Because our designs are typographically complex, your stationery will be custom designed just for you by one of our 3 talented in-house designers (Autumn, Dezirae, or Brittany). Your friendly, knowledgeable designer will be there for you every step of the way along with the rest of the team if needed. Because you will be in touch with us via email, you will have an accessible point of contact for questions, proofs changes or anything else you might need throughout the process.
Once your order is received, it will be assigned to one of our talented in-house designers. Your designer will create an initial set of proofs based on your unique wording and color choices.
Proofs take up to 2 full business days to be designed. Once your proofs are ready, they will be sent via email for your review. Hard copy proofs are not available, but samples with example text are available for purchase.
Two rounds of complimentary proofs for color, wording and minor layout changes are included at no charge. Font changes are not included in the proofing process. Additional proof rounds are $25 per round.
To request changes as you work one on one with your designer, simply reply to the proof email and let us know the updates you would like to see in the next round of proofs.
Check your proofs very carefully. Once proofs are approved, they will be printed exactly as shown.
Once your stationery looks perfect and is ready to be printed, simply email us with your approval.
Upon receiving approval, production begins and your final prints will match your approved proofs*.
*Printed colors may vary from what you see on your screen, as all monitors display color differently. Please reference the printed color chart included with sample orders to see the expected color of your final prints.

All our of stationery is printed on our signature 137lb white shimmer cardstock. The paper has a white base and a subtle shimmer finish for an elegant, upscale look.
All printing is done on a state of the art professional printing press. The printing style is flat, which best compliments our signature white shimmer cardstock and results in crisp text and bold saturated color.
Printing typically takes 6 business days. Rush printing is available if needed.
Your order will be neatly packaged in protective plastic to ensure arrival in pristine condition. Multiple layers of bubble wrap are used to protect and cushion your cards during shipment.
A keepsake box is included with invitation orders.
Your order will be shipped according to the service selected during checkout. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent upon shipment.
Invitations arrive flat and neatly packaged. Instructions and everything needed for assembly is included with your order.
Folded items such as thank you cards, tented place cards and programs arrive pre-folded and ready for use.
