Orders shipping to Canada, Australia, Ireland, the United Kingdom and several other countries can currently be placed directly through our website. If you are located elsewhere, we are most likely able to ship to your location – just contact us!
UPS is a time-definite expedited shipping option and is highly recommended for all international orders. The transit time is 3-5 business days, is time definite, and includes accurate tracking and customs brokering to ensure safe and fast transit through international customs points. If your order is time sensitive, we highly recommend this method.
Shipping via USPS Priority Mail (post) has an estimated transit time is 10-15 business days which does not include time in customs. Time in customs may vary from a few days to 6 weeks and is out of our direct control. We offer USPS Priority Mail because it is an affordable option and includes online tracking.
We love our international customers, but ask that you order early to allow enough time for delivery via whatever shipping method you choose! We recommend ordering 6-8 months prior to your wedding. Shine Wedding Invitations is not responsible for delays due to customs. If your order is time sensitive, please select UPS Worldwide to ensure a timely delivery.
All samples are shipped USPS first class mail which has a 1-8 week transit time.
If your order has not arrived after 4 weeks with Priority Mail, please let us know; however, we will not ship replacements until a full 8 weeks has passed from the ship date, as it is not uncommon to see customs delays of this length.
We highly recommend UPS standard for shipping to Canada and it is much faster and reliable than shipping via USPS Priority Mail. Transit time is 2-9 business days. Taxes, duties and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please see the following page to estimate the brokerage fee that will be charged by UPS in addition to your country’s taxes.
Our international shipping prices do not include customs, taxes, duties, brokerage or any other fees that may be applied to your order in your home country. Payment of customs, taxes, duties and all other fees associated with buying overseas merchandise is the responsibility of the buyer.
