Orders shipping to Canada, Australia, Ireland and the United Kingdom can currently be placed through our website.  If you are located elsewhere, we may be able to ship to your location – just contact us!

Shipping Transit Time

All customized stationery (wedding invitations, programs, save the dates, etc.) ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail International service.  Shipping transit time is 6-10 business days.  This shipping estimate does not include time in customs.  Customs times may vary from a few days to 6 weeks and are out of our direct control.

All samples are shipped first class mail international which has a 1-6 week processing time.

If your order has not arrived after 4 weeks, please let us know, but we will not ship replacements until a full 6 weeks has passed from the ship date, as it is not uncommon to see customs delays of this length.

Expedited Shipping

Express Mail International is available for an additional fee.  Express mail has a transit time of 3-5 business days (does not include customs times).

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Our international shipping prices do not include customs, taxes, duties or any other fees that may be applied to your order in your home country.  Payment of customs, taxes, duties and all other fees associated with buying overseas merchandise is the responsibility of the buyer.  Please check your home countries rules on purchasing merchandise from the US for more information.
