All sample orders and non-customized stationery (such as in stock table numbers) ship in 2 business days via first class mail. First class mail shipping takes 2-5 business days in the US and 1-6 weeks internationally.
Proofs for all customized stationery orders (such as wedding invitations, programs, etc.) will be emailed in 2 business days from the date you placed your order. Proofs will be sent via the email address you provided. Depending on how often you check your email and how quickly you respond, the proofing process from start to finish can take anywhere from 1 day to about a week.
Once you have approved your proofs, printing takes up to 6 business days. As soon as your order is ready, we will promptly ship it and you will receive a notification. All stationery orders ship USPS Priority Mail with tracking (2-3 business days US, 6-10 business days internationally). Shipping time estimates do not include customs for international orders.
Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. For accurate processing times, please do not include holidays or weekends when estimating the delivery date.
